US-China trade talks: USTR reporting lack of progress on IP front

US Treasury has reportedly told lawmakers of the lack of progress on the intellectual property dispute with China, which has been a major bone of contention in the Sino-US trade war. 

China officials have denied IP theft and have asked the US for proof.
