Fed's Mester: US labor market is tight, debt not on a sustainable path

Loretta Mester, President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, said on Wednesday that the US labor market is tight and the economy is probably a bit beyond full employment. 

Mester also warned that over the long run the US debt is not on a sustainable path. Her comments come a day after the Treasury Department’s reported the total outstanding public debt at a record $22.01 trillion.
